2024-2025 Season Overview and FAQs

Why Play for Legends?

• • Full Coach Development Program- All coaches are USA Lacrosse certified and background checked.  Coaches are focused on age appropriate skill/athlete development.
• • Specialty coaching/training sessions (faceoff, goalie, shooting, defense)
• • Our teams compete against local and regional clubs
• • We play in the largest Club Lacrosse League in the U.S. & place our teams in divisions that meet our teams evolving development level
• • Great turf practice facilities including USA Lacrosse Tierney Field
• • We support multi-sport athletes and structure our Fall & Winter practices, skills sessions, speed/strength to compliment other
  sports while building Lax and Athletic skills and proficiency year round
• • Partnership with MedStar Health to provide injury prevention education for our coaches, parents and players, injury clinics and partnerships with their speed, strength and conditioning program and facilities.  We look forward to growing our partnership to provide more opportunities to our participants.

2024-2025 Season Overview

Fall- September-November

1 practice per week

Skills sessions 2 per month

Tournaments and/or Play Days/Scrimmages

Winter- December-February

Weekly Stick Skills/Conditioning Sessions

Scrimmages with Local Teams

Weekly Practices

Spring- Late February-May

2 practices per week (additional practices/scrimmages based on grad year)

Saturday or Sunday Games in GHCLC- Hoco- League

Summer- May-June

2-4 Tournaments (based on grad year)

Estimated Dues:  $1200-1400 depending on Grad Year

Swag included in Dues:

• • Uniforms (practice pinnie, shooter shirt, shorts, jersey)
• • Backpack
• • Player Gift (Sweatshirt/Sweatpants)
• • Custom Legends Helmets for $210 (retail is $350).  We have maintained the same helmet design to allow for multi-year use.

Simply put, Legends has developed and prepared some of the best players in the game at all levels.  Names like Kyle Harrison, Matt Dunne, Deemer Class, Ryan Conrad, Stephen Kelly, Alex Rode, and Matt Brandau are among many others who played at Seminary Field in Lutherville.   We hope you will join these Legends!
